Well, I don't know what happened with season 3, but America is 4kids, which is a different version than the one aired in Australia, and 4kids won't be dubbing it. You're so lucky to have seen it though! :D

North America`s 4kids lost their contract with Rainbow Media; but they did not release a statement as to why.

There's been an issue. He was going to use BanjoGate's vids, but BanjoGate got in trouble from Youtube... It could take longer than expected.
